LHC LARGE HADRON COLLIDER
A 14 TeV proton-proton collider under construction at the CERN laboratory in Geneva, Switzerland. Two large international detectors, ATLAS and CMS, will explore new physics at the TeV scale. The LHC opens a new high-energy frontier for the field.
